He did not care about me.
He keep hurt me.
She doesn't help me.
I was expecting more support from him/her.
It is his/her mistake.
They didn't educate me.
He wasted my time.
....etc.
How much time we spend thinking & expressing how others hurt us or didn't support us.
Could you ask yourself these questions.
Can I do it my self if he did not support me?
Why I can't do it myself?
Can I save time to improve my skills to do it?
Do I waste my time?
Did I do my best?
If I did that, can I be better?
Is fair to blame others, while I don't support the others?
Do I like just to take?
You should believe that, it is easier to change yourself than trying to change all the others.
Take the benefit of every second in your life.
Try to support the other and automatically you will find them support you.
Get the benefit of your strength, & keep trying to improve your weaknesses.
Say always "I can do it".
Do not give up.
Do your best but "really" your best.
Sometime if you be honest, you will find that you did not do your best while you keep saying
"I did my best".
