Should You Keep Your Goals to Yourself?

Actully, this is a title for one of Mr. Michael Hyatt's post so here I pass my comments on the issue.

I believe that keeping your goals as secrets till the achievements themselves tell the story of success is a good idea.

But I see that we can tell few people if they have specific characteristic, so they will be a good supporter for us (but if they don’t have these characteristics keep it as secret better).

Suggested characteristics:

1- Tell the people who support you (Not who loves you), sometimes you find that your mother, for example, although she loves & worry about you, she frustrates you because she wants you to take rest & not to be overloaded or to see you more beside her…etc.

2- Tell people who like challenges.

3- Tell people who aren’t feeling jealousy towards you.

4- Tell wise people who are wise so when you are frustrated, they will take your hand & support.

5- Tell people who are honest, they will not take your ideas & show off…etc.

6- Tell who will share you the goal in future steps, then he can support more.

The goals of the organizations could be a secret between the team better, as many competitors are ready to take the other goals to do, or to harm you when you want to achieve.

Have a good day with geart achievements for your future

www.Sitemark .com - Save your Favorite Websites

When you use Internet, you will find nice sites which you hope to keep it, so you add it to your favorite list, but you will face two difficulties:
- When you format your PC/ Laptop, you will miss all of them.

- Or when you are using another system, you can't find them there.

So here is a good site where you can:

1- Save your favorite Links/Site, so you can access anywhere.
2- You can also share the others (Public), friends or keep it private for site wise.
3- You can classify them by Folders & Tags, so you can reach them easily.
4 - Also you can see others favorite sites so you can get the best sites on the Web.

5- You can make or join a club with your friends, so you share any good site anyone finds.

6- You can add a bottom (you find it in Sitemark.com) on your browser, so you can add any site/link using one click.

If you want to see go www.sitemark.com

Good Luck

Do your work faster in Microsoft Office - Quick Access Toolbar

Do you like to achieve more in Microsoft Office (like Excel..)

Depending on how we use Excel, we can customize it, so we finish our work faster.
One tool is “Quick Access Toolbar” which we can use to get our common commands (Bottoms) nearer to work Area.

- The Quick Access Toolbar can be located in one of two places:

You can use the last bottom to add or remove more commands from this bar:

If you want more than (New, Open, save, Email……), go to More Commands….
There you will find all commands in excel and you can add, sort & remove any command in your own “Quick access Toolbar” from this window (Esay to use):

Or Easily, you can Add a command to the Quick Access Toolbar directly from the Ribbon:
  1. On the Ribbon, click the appropriate tab or group to display the command that you want to add to the Quick Access Toolbar.
  2. Right-click the command, and then click Add to Quick Access Toolbar on the shortcut menu.
When Right Click, you get:

Then when you using excel press “Alt “, you will find that the commands will be numbered as shortcut key.

This is mine for example:

Hope, it helps.
